Up for sale is a rare Thomas Kinkade collector's edition signed and framed lithograph entitled "Apple Hill Victorian". It is from the "Placerville" prints collection that was only offered and available to Placerville, CA area collectors around Christmas time each year. Each print would be published for national distribution at a later date and under a different title. This print depicts the landmark Hartwick House in historic Camino, CA. This is Thomas' 1st studio painting depicting the charming Apple Hill area. To add to the collector and enthusiast's value, this 1992 released lithograph print is 1 of only 495 Artist's Proof (AP) editions. Additionally, not only is the print signed and numbered by the artist, Thomas also signed the glass it was framed in. This print has been kept indoors in a smoke-free home and remains in excellent condition. It is double-matted, wood framed, with name plate. Included is a certificate of authenticity supporting this is #435/#495 AP edition. Also included is a two page collector's fact sheet providing a background on Thomas Kinkade, this print, archival documentation and print care. Image size is 14" x 18". Paper Size is 20" x 24".
