Trooper Bunny Rabbit Adult - Adoption, Rescue for sale in Sacramento, California

$10

Trooper is a big, energetic rabbit who wants to explore anything beyond a door or gate.

He loves food and looks forward to every meal.

When he settles down from eating and exploring he really enjoys being petted.

Trooper is nervous when he is picked up, but he will jump up onto furniture to get to the highest viewpoint and get some attention while he is there.

The best space for Trooper will be a bunny-proofed room with a door or and tall dog exercise pen.

He isn't destructive, but he will try to jump over things to get to the other side.

He knows how to use a litter box and enjoys sleeping in a pet bed.

Trooper is one of our lucky rabbits being fostered by a House Rabbit Society volunteer.

If you need more information about rabbits or would like to attend an adoption event, see the information below.

Come meet all of our fabulous foster rabbits! Because we do not have a shelter to introduce our foster rabbits and our volunteers have limited time to respond to all online inquiries, the best way to meet one of our rabbits is to attend our next adoption day. Sometimes people bond to a different rabbit in person than the one they choose online.

All rabbits are spayed/neutered (age permitting) and litter box trained. All rabbits are to be adopted to indoor homes only.

Current bunny parents are encouraged to bring their rabbits to adoption clinics if they are interested in adopting a companion rabbit. Your rabbit must be spayed or neutered to be eligible to meet one of our fosters. SHRS volunteers will be happy to help your bunny through that feisty first date.
